Container Mural Project by Leon Rainbow & Busta Art
Smith Family Foundation / For The Glory Of God – Trenton, NJ
Leon Rainbow, in collaboration with Busta Art, transformed three 30-foot shipping containers into a unified, large-scale mural that brings the mission and values of the Smith Family Foundation and For The Glory Of God vividly to life. Titled SOW LIFE, the mural stretches across the containers as a single visual narrative rooted in growth, care, and community impact.
Inspired by the Foundation’s core values—Education, Cultivation, Transformation, and Urban Ministry—the artwork uses bold graffiti-style lettering, expressive youth portraits, and lush natural imagery to symbolize the act of planting seeds that grow into opportunity and hope. Flowing blue patterns connect each container, representing continuity and interconnectedness, while sprouting plants, lotus flowers, and joyful movement reflect renewal, resilience, and progress.
At the heart of the mural, the words SOW LIFE stand as both a declaration and an invitation—encouraging viewers to invest in people, nurture potential, and uplift one another. The imagery of children grounded in growth and motion speaks directly to the Foundation’s work: empowering youth, fostering sustainability, and transforming lives through compassion and action.
Now a vibrant landmark in Trenton, this container mural not only activates the space visually—it reinforces the Smith Family Foundation’s mission heart to heart, reminding the community that when we sow with intention, life flourishes.
