One of my favorite places to work is at Christina Seix Academy and one of my favorite artists to work with is Busta. So when we had the opportunity to paint an entire Steam Lab it was amazing. We had done some initial design and we had a discussion with Dr. Conner and we agreed to let it flow with an Afrofuturism theme. I really like to have room to breathe and create in the moment when I paint so we jumped at this opportunity.
Busta did the portraits I did the patterns and text. We really went back and forth enjoying the process. We are extremely proud of the results.
